The Aztec is located on the first floor. It is great for small meetings. It can hold up to 32 people conference style with head table.

Ballroom

The Ballroom is our largest event venue located on the second floor. It is great for dances, banquets, receptions, award ceremonies or performing artists. The ballroom has a large projection screen as well as a great sound system.

Dallan Sanders Patio

Dallan Sanders Patio is located on the North side of the building. It was dedicated to Dallan Sanders June 24, 2000. As Penny Sanders said "Dallan Sanders was the consummate student advocate. His belief in them helped many to believe in themselves." The Patio is a good location for outside activities.

Ground Zero

Ground Zero is located in the basement. It is a cafe' that allows organizations use the facility for their special events. If an organization wants to use this facility please contact Sodexo before reserving this area.

The Laguna room is located in the basement. It is a classroom style room with no windows and cabinets at the front of the room.

Pecos*

The Pecos is located on the first floor by the cafeteria. This room would be a great location to have a meeting with the café line. There is a door that will allow you to go in and out of the cafeteria.

Sandia*

The Sandia is one of the most advanced rooms to hold meetings, located on the first floor. The room can hold up to 72 people banquet style. With the Smart Board your meetings will be very professional. The Smart Board is an interactive white board that uses touch detection.

South Patio

The South Patio is great for tabling, It is a covered patio that has a lot of traffic in and out of the Campus Union Building. The Patio is great for a nice sunny day.

Tabling in Lobby is for Promoting ASAB events, Sororities, Fraternities, and any organization is allowed to use the tables.

Zia*

The Zia room is located on the second floor. This room has nice open spaces and when you walk in the room it will make sense why it is called the Zia. One wall is complete windows resulting in a nice view of the campus.
