Calling All Shutterbugs The
publications office is currently redesigning ENMU's admissions and recruiting
publications. We need your help. In order to keep these publications
current, we are searching campus-wide for photos to diversify our current
supply.
If you have any favorite photos of Eastern events, activities or people
or any other photo that you feel might contribute to these projects
please let us know. We invite you to drop by the Office of Communication
Services in Ad. 108 and show us your favorite shutterbug efforts, or
call us at ext. 2154.
You do not have to be a professional photographer, just someone who
got lucky with a shot or two. We'll also be happy to give you photo
credit for any shots that we use. Don't be shy. If your photos are good
enough for the Roosevelt County Fair, they're good enough for us.
Thank You Note to
Eastern Community Thank you all for the prayers,
thoughts, gifts, visits and the million other things you did for me
while I was out. I really appreciate everything, and I can't say enough
about the kind, thoughtful people here at Eastern. I truly don't know
what I would have done without the support and help I received. I am
back at work now and feel really blessed to be here. Thank you again
for everything. Minnie Navarro

Webpage Directory Access With the inauguration of the new website,
units will now have control over the content, maintenance, and development
of certain levels of their website. ENMU faculty or staff may request
directory access for the unit that they are charged with updating. Send
emailed requests to Webmaster@enmu.edu
with the words "Directory Access Request" in the subject line.
When these requests are received, the Webmaster will contact the area
executive administrator, who must approve all requests for directory
access. Once approval is given, directory access will be set up and
the staff member will receive an email confirmation, with a directory
password. At that point, pages in that directory can be changed or added,
so long as the changes comply with the web policies. Informational workshops
will be offered about how to use webpage templates and comply with web

General Comments
"I hardly ever read the Monday Memo before,
but since you are including Roswell on a regular basis, I have been
perusing it more (helps that it is online too). The first, of course,
was Donna G in the presidential suite. But the coup de grace is the
outstanding article on the mysterious goings on, aka the pie throwing
contest. It was well written, very clever and about Roswell. We commend
the author, not only for a very funny article, but also for including
us (you love us, you really do)."
