This section is for faculty and staff only. In order to list your authorized
absences online, you must fill out the Authorized
Absences Submission Form. These forms are submitted to the the
Office of Student Affairs for approval, then forwarded to the Monday
Memo. Please see the Monday
Memo Policy for more information concerning authorized absences
in the Monday Memo.
Authorized Absences for
the Week of May 13,
2002
For authorized absences to appear in The Monday Memo, departments
must obtain absence forms from the Office of Student Affairs (SAS, Room
194). The electronic forms at the Monday Memo web site can also be used
and is the preferred method. After completion and return of the forms
to Student Affairs, a copy is directed to The Monday Memo for publication.
School is out of session
until the summer term begins.
