Travel Training Offered
With the implementation of the recently approved travel regulations,
the Business Office has scheduled training on the following dates:

Upward Bound Banquet Set
Please join us for the Upward Bound Parent/ Student Banquet on July
19 from noon-3 p.m. in the Campus Union Ballroom. The choice of
entrees are Hawaiian Grilled Teriyaki Chicken Breast or Chopped
Sirloin Steak at $10 per person. The proceeds will go to the Upward

Community College Board to Meet
The Community College Board of Eastern New Mexico University-Roswell
will meet on Thursday, July 24 in Room 115 of the Occupational Technology
Center on campus at 7 p.m. Items on the agenda include approval
of summer graduates, a bond election resolution, and an orientation
for board members. Community College Board meetings are open to

Telephone Users If and when offices experience
personnel changes such as terminations, new hires or reassignments,
Information Technology Services/Telecommunications should be notified
either by phone at extension 2287 or by e-mail at linda.hamrick@enmu.edu.
This insures phone records are kept current and billing is correct.
For changes of service such as adding or deleting voice mail or
assigning new long distance access codes, please submit a signed
Telephone Service Request Form to UCC 103. Blank forms may be requested
by e-mail or by calling 2287.

Technology Services/Telecommunications no longer offers a cellular

Tutoring
Opportunity For Children Grades 1-6 ELED 380 students
at ENMU are looking for children to tutor Grades 1-6 in the month
of July for a 16-hour practicum. If your child would benefit from
some one-on-one tutoring in reading, writing, and/or mathematics,
please leave information with Maria at 562.2491 concerning your
child's name and age, parent/guardian name, contact number, grade
level, subject area for tutoring, and time available to meet with
tutor. There are limited spaces available.

Step by Step Accounting I and II join Gene Smith,
Instructor of Accounting, for either or both of these classes Mondays,
6-8 p.m., COB-137. Accounting I will meet June 30 and July 7 while
Accounting II will meet July 14 and 21. Each two-week class is $40.
Aqua Aerobics Eight, three-day rotations with Kristy
Jones, Mondays/Tuesdays/Thursdays, 7-7:50 a.m., June 2-July 24,
Natatorium. The fee is $12 per rotation or discounted to $90 prepaid
for all 8 rotations. Please register by Friday prior to each rotation.
Yoga for ages 14 years through adult with Lisa Moyer,
Tuesdays/Thursdays, June 3-July 24 (no class July 8 and 10), 7-7:50
