Photography Guidelines from the Office of Communication Services
1. The Office of Communication Services (OCS) does not charge
for photo services that are directly related to ENMU news stories,
publications or the Web site.
2. There is no charge for taking photos of employees for their information
files kept in OCS. These photos are available for any official University
purpose.
3. OCS does not take passport, black and white, or personal photos.
4. For photo assignments other than the above (such as banquets,
performances or other special or social events), OCS charges $8
per hour (minimum of one hour), plus the actual cost of film, film
processing and photos.
5. Please request a photographer at least five working days in advance.
6. To best utilize the photographers time, and your money,
please request the photographer at a specific time when the photos
will actually be taken, and give OCS an advance copy of a list of
photo shots needed. (If a photographer is requested through an entire
event at which a meal is being served, it is customary to treat
the photographer to a complimentary meal.)
