Reminder for All Telephone Users
If and when offices experience personnel changes such as
terminations, new hires or reassignments, Information Technology
Services/Telecommunications should be notified either by phone at
extension 2287 or by e-mail at linda.hamrick@enmu.edu.
This insures phone records are kept current and billing is correct.
For changes of service such as adding or deleting voice mail or
assigning new or deleting old long distance access codes, please
submit a signed Telephone Service Request Form to UCC 103. Blank
forms may be requested by e-mail or by calling 2287.
ENMU Out of Cell Phone Rental Business Beginning
immediately, Information Technology Services/Telecommunications
no longer offers a cellular phone for rental purposes. Please direct
all questions to Linda Hamrick, extension 2287.
Information on Peanut Valley
If anyone has any details or recollection of the Peanut Valley Rock
Concert in the 1970s, or information about the history of the Peanut
Valley Festival,

ITS, Personnel
to Change Reporting Command Effective July 1,
the Department of Information Technology Services will report to
Ms. Ronnie Birdsong, vice president for University Relations and
Enrollment Services. Ms. Birdsong has nine years of experience in
overseeing technology at the university level.
Also on July 1, the Office of Personnel Services will begin
reporting to Mr. Scott Smart, the incoming vice president for Business
Affairs. Mr. Smart has extensive experience in the supervision of
the personnel functional area.

for Campus Crossroads dining for the summer session is as follows.
