Defensive
Driving Renewal Required Every Four Years Renewal
of defensive driving is required every four years. For "faculty

driving we have approximately two years to have this recertification
completed. It does not have to be completed this year. We have ample
time to have everyone including first-time students, faculty and
staff to complete this training. The University Police Department
is in the process of providing schedules to try to meet everyone's
needs. These will include some day-time classes, along with some
night-time class and if need be then we will have some classes on
Saturday.
For personnel that need to renew their
defensive driving, which is a four-hour class, those dates are Oct.
15 from 8 a.m. to noon, Oct. 21 from 5:30-9:30 p.m. and Oct. 28
from 1-5 p.m. Everyone needs to sign up at the University Police
