Authorized Absences
This section is for faculty and staff only. In order
to list your authorized absences online, you must fill out the Authorized
Absences Submission Form. These forms are submitted to the
the Office of Student Affairs for approval, then forwarded to the
Monday Memo. Please see the Monday
Memo Policy for more information concerning authorized absences
in the Monday Memo.
Authorized Absences for the Week of January 20,
2004
For authorized absences to appear in the Monday
Memo, electronic forms from the Monday Memo Web site must be used.
The forms automatically go to Student Affairs for approval, and
are then directed to the Monday Memo for publication.
School is out of session.
