Dr. Lee Weyant, MBA program coordinator, said that several graduate level business courses will be offered online during the summer session. The COB will offer several online graduate courses during the summer semester, June 7 through July 30. Students may enroll in the managerial research course if they earned an undergraduate degree including successful completion of a statistics course. TechTips – Helpful Hints for using ENMU Technology (courtesy of ITS Computing)

Computing
There is an employee at ITS and his name is "Hot-Key Henry". He does not like to use the mouse, as a matter of fact, he hates "meeces to pieces". Hot-Key Henry would like to share each week some of the hot-keys he has learned through the years to assist you in becoming a productive user again before you were tainted by the mouse. So be looking forward to a hot-key tip each week. Hot-Key Henry tip for today: To quickly close out an application or a folder, press and hold down the Alt key, then press the F4 key (Alt-F4). If you are in an application and have not saved the document, the system will remind you to save.

Telephony
New ENMU Employees:
Access Codes belonging to departing employees should never be "carried over" to new employees. New employees needing a long distance access code or voice mail setup may contact Linda Hamrick at extension 2287 for the necessary form. After the form is completed and signed by the Department Head, the employee may bring the form to UCC 103 and pick up the access code card and/or the Voice Mail instruction brochure. Access codes must be picked up by the employee; they cannot be sent through campus distribution.

For questions or help with dialing instructions, programming, or setting up voice mail, call Linda Hamrick at extension 2287.

If you have a tip you would like to share with us please send it to: ENMU.TechTips@enmu.edu.
