Quote of the Week "I wish they'd design a 'mace' for use on unruly students." – anonymous employee
“When I started studying personality styles, I laughed at myself a lot because I realized that people like me are very hard to live with, but it has helped me a lot in my personal life,” Dr. Pittman said. She says that she teaches her students, who are teachers themselves, to be aware of the different personalities of their students. “I want my students acutely aware of the children that they teach, not to label them, but to be aware of their behaviors. I want my students to be more tolerant and observant of their students,” Dr. Pittman said. For more information on the Enneagram system, and too see which personality style you are, go to http://www.enneagraminstitute.com.

Belinda added that they are able to let their kids play in the yard without
worrying about them disappearing.
