Authorized Absences

This section is for faculty and staff only. In order to list your authorized absences online, you must fill out the Authorized Absences Submission form. These forms are submitted to the the Office of Student Affairs for approval, then forwarded to the Monday Memo. Please see the Monday Memo Policy for more information concerning authorized absences in the Monday Memo.

Authorized Absences for the Week of May 21, 2007

For authorized absences to appear in the Monday Memo, electronic forms at the Monday Memo Web site should be used. After completion and return to Student Affairs, a copy is directed to the Monday Memo for publication.
