Electronic Form W-2's will be available in January 2011 for tax year 2010. If you would like to receive your ENMU Form W-2 electronically, please follow these steps to submit your consent for an electronic Form W-2. If you consented to electronic Form W-2 last year, you do not need to do this again. 1. Go to www.enmu.edu 2. Go to Faculty and Staff tab 3. Select "Inside ENMU" 4. Select "Employee Information" under the Banner paw-print 5. Login with User ID and PIN 6. Click on Employee 7. Click on Tax Forms 8. Select Electronic W-2 Consent 9. Click on box labeled "My Choice" 10. Select Submit button once ( A confirmation number will not appear) By consenting to receive your Form W-2 electronically, you agree to print your Form W-2 on- line. You may be required to print and attach Form W-2's to Federal, State, and local income tax returns. A paper Form W-2 will not be issued if you consent to receiving your Form W-2 electronically. Your consent will be valid for subsequent tax years unless you revoke the consent, your ENMU employment ends, or the service is discontinued for a future year. You may revoke your consent and receive a paper Form W-2 by un-checking the consent box or by submitting written notification to the Human Resource Office, Station 21. The deadline for establishing or revoking consent for electronic receipt of the 2010 Form W-2 is Monday, January 10, 2011. Form W-2's of employees electing to receive paper copies will be distributed via U.S. Mail. To ensure the correct information is reflected on the 2010 Form W-2's, employees must notify the Office of Human Resources of any mailing address changes by Monday, January 10, 2011. The electronic and paper 2010 Form W-2's will be distributed no later than January 31, 2011. Paper copies of employee Form W-2's may be obtained after January 31, 2011, by contacting the Office of Human Resources at 562-2115.
