Employee Modeling on Runway

Tyleen Caffrey, the Title IV-E Field Liaison/Adjunct Professor of Social Work, is involved in her spare time with plus-sized pageantry and modeling. Tyleen currently holds the top title with US United Pageants and was contacted by her pageant director for another great modeling opportunity.

After entering the #ThisIsWhyImFabulous model search, Tyleen was selected as a semi-finalist for this nation-wide plus-sized modeling search with a world-renown fashion designer. She was selected by Mac Duggal Fashions to travel to New York City for a chance at earning a modeling contract with the company.

Unfortunately, Tyleen and many other semi-finalists' flights to New York were canceled due to a winter storm that hit New York the day of the event. Now, Mac Duggal is giving Tyleen and the other snow-bound candidates a shot at the contract by earning a spot as a finalist through their People's Choice contest.

"As the founder of my nonprofit organization, Monarch Formals, I understand the struggles of the young plus-size girls out there looking for the perfect gown for their formal event" Tyleen said.  "My goal is to show these young women, and all women, that beauty has no size.  Confidence is so much more important than the size on the label of your clothes, and my hope is to get that 11th spot for Mac Duggal's Fabulous plus-size gowns and be an inspiration for those often unrepresented."

You can help Tyleen become a brand ambassador for Mac Duggal.  Support your Greyhound at https://www.macduggal.com/fabulous-peoples-choice/  and vote for Tyleen today.  Voting closes Monday, April 3, at 9 a.m. (MT).
