PORTALES--The Department of Communication in the College of Fine Arts at Eastern New Mexico University in Portales has completed judging entries for: “Video,” “Photography,” “Design” and “Writing” for COMM FEST 2011. Work is on display in the lobby of the Communication Center. Prizes will be awarded to the winners of each category and all entrants will receive a gift. Patti Dobson’s “Public Relations Cases and Campaigns” class reminds everyone who entered, participated or would like to view the work of students to attend the ceremony at 3 p.m. on Thursday, April 28, in the Communication Center lobby. Refreshments will be served.
