PORTALES—The Eastern New Mexico University Board of Regents will met in Special Session at 3 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 18 in the Regents Room of the Administration Building to discuss the Research and Public Service Submission to the New Mexico Higher Education Department.
Regents meetings are open to the public.
