PORTALES – Eastern New Mexico University will host the Holiday Concert at 6:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 9 on the Mainstage of the University Theatre Center in Portales.
The event is free and open to the public.
Dustin Seifert, instructor of music, will direct 160 students in playing minor alterations (Christmas carols in minor key), The Night Before Christmas narrated by Michael Shaughnessy, and the traditional sing-along Sleigh Ride.
The Chamber and University Singers will also perform, as well as the Eastern New Mexico Children's Choir.
