Clovis Students Cook for ENMU Child Development Center—Six students and their teacher from Clovis High School (CHS) cooked breakfast and lunch for children at the Child Development Center (CDC) at Eastern New Mexico University in Portales on Thursday. Chef Eric Harrold directed the students in the preparation of the meals, in accordance with the New Mexico Child and Adult Care Food Program. The students are enrolled in the Advanced Culinary Class at CHS, which is part of the ProStart pre-preparatory program sponsored by the National Restaurant Educational Foundation.
