PORTALES &ndash, Eastern New Mexico University is hosting the ENMU Jazz Ensemble/Combo Concert at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 24, in Buchanan Hall of the Music building on the Portales campus.
It is free and open to the public.
The concert will feature ENMU professor Michael Ellzey and freshman music major Michael Bradley as guest soloists with the Jazz Ensemble, and include works from the libraries of Count Basie, Dizzy Gillespie and Thad Jones, as well as a new work by ENMU Director of Jazz Studies Chris Beaty.
