PORTALES--Eastern New Mexico University will host a Steel Band concert at 7 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 3, at Ground Zero in the Campus Union Building on the Portales campus.
The concert is free and open to the public.
The steel band is directed by ENMU instructor of music Neil Rutland.
