"Dawg Days" is the new name for the annual freshman orientation camp held Aug. 22-25. Over 40 returning students have been involved in re-designing the camp itinerary to maximize the benefit for attendees. Dawg Days begins on Thursday, Aug. 22 where returning Eastern students will be on-hand to help new freshmen move in and get acquainted with the ENMU community.
Dawg Days festivities will kick off with a BBQ from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on the Dallan Sanders Memorial Plaza behind the Campus Union Building on the Portales campus. Dawg Days includes:
- Campus Life
- Sprit and Traditions
- Leadership Development (Ropes Course)
- A Dance
- Games, Prizes, Fun and much more
