ROSWELL – A new restaurant will soon be opening at the Roswell Airport Terminal.

Operated by the ENMU-Roswell's Food Services department, "Orville & Wilbur's Wings Just Right" will open to the public on Monday, Nov. 25. A VIP invitation-only reception will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 22.

The restaurant will be open from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday for breakfast and lunch. "Orville & Wilbur's" will employ ENMU-Roswell students and staff. The operation is the beginning of a new hospitality program at the college focusing on basic food and customer service.

Tyson Foods presented the "Orville & Wilbur's" concept to the college and the menu will feature Tyson chicken entrees with an aviation theme. Patrons can order such items as "Kitty Hawk" sandwiches and "Airstrips."

"This Tyson concept is used by several other universities across the country, but our operation will be the only one providing sit-down table service," said Jim Baird, ENMU-Roswell Food Services director. "We are excited to get this restaurant off the ground and offer another opportunity for our students to learn the hospitality business," he said.
