Student credit hours, which higher education institutions funding is based on, increased by 2.6 percent to 52,373.
“We are pleased with our continued growth each year, “ said Dr. Steven Gamble, ENMU president. “Our faculty and staff have worked hard to make this happen.”
Dr. Gamble was also pleased with the popularity of ENMU’s new Guadalupe Hall residence facility. “It’s been nice to listen to positive comments from students in Guadalupe,” he said. “They feel that it is as nice a residence hall as you can find anywhere.”
Dr. Gamble said that “the combination of good quality and low cost continues to ensure the growth of Eastern New Mexico University.”
