PORTALES—Eastern New Mexico University is hosting the 2004 ENMU Student Juried Exhibition, Jan. 26–Feb. 6, in the Runnels Gallery in Golden Library on the Portales campus. A tentative date for the reception and awards ceremony will be announced at a later date.
The 2004 ENMU Student Juried Art Exhibition is open to all currently enrolled students in any major at all three ENMU campuses. Eligible art can include works in any media, inclusive of traditional and new approaches, as
well as motion graphics. All work must be original and completed within the last year. No work from previous exhibits is eligible.
Art faculty from all three ENMU campuses will choose entries for the exhibition. William Green, associate professor of art at New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, will serve as external juror. He will determine winners, present awards, and speak at an awards ceremony/reception. Professor Green holds an MFA from the University of Michigan and a BFA from Kansas City Art Institute, in addition to a CATD from London, England.
The exhibition is free and open to the public.
