PORTALES—The Eastern New Mexico University Wind Symphony and Symphonic Band will present a free concert at 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 30, in the Campus Union Ballroom on the Portales campus.
Conductors will be Dustin Seifert and Neil Rutland, with Tamara Raatz as a clarinet soloist.
