PORTALES—Eastern New Mexico University in Portales will be closed for Labor Day on Monday, Sept. 3. ENMU's Golden Library will be open that day from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The campus will reopen and classes will resume at the regular time on Tuesday, Sept. 4.
Also, Eastern's first home football game will be a rare Thursday night, Sept. 6, contest at 6 p.m. against Northeastern State University (Oklahoma) at Greyhound Stadium.
