PORTALES—The Department of Music at Eastern New Mexico University is presenting a Big Band Dance Concert at 7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 16, in Clovis State Theater located at 5th Street and Main.
Admission is $5.
Under the direction of ENMU music professor Chris Beaty, many styles of dance music will be performed, including swing, ballroom, oldies and rock. Guest artists include ENMU voice students singing several jazz and popular standards.
All proceeds go to help fund guest artists and clinicians for the 2008 ENMU Jazz Fest
