PORTALES—The Smithsonian Exhibit, Key Ingredients: America by Food, will host "Local Flavor Day" from 1:30–5 p.m. on Sunday, March 9 in Eastern New Mexico University’s Campus Union Building Ballroom.
The day will consist of several presentations about local ingredients with food samples.
Some of the presentations will be “Better Beef Means Buying Local Beef,” “Milk Economics and Health” and “Cultivating and Harvesting.”
Each event will be repeated at least one.
