PORTALES—As part of the Smithsonian Exhibit "Key Ingredients: America by Food" at Eastern, singers will perform at 7 p.m. on Thursday night, March 20, in the Administration Building.
Bach's Coffee Cantata will be performed by Roberto Mancusi, Kate Carr, Kayla Paulk and Jason Paulk.
The second half of the program will include performances by the Swanee Singers, an eight-member vocal ensemble, who will perform, “Food, Glorious Food,” “Prune Song,” “Chocolate,” “Chile Con Carne,” “Banquet Fugue,” “Good Ale” and “Java Jive.”
Clovis High School’s culinary arts and baking program will cater the event.
Admission is free and open to the public.
