PORTALES—The music department at Eastern New Mexico University in Portales is presenting the Jazz Ensemble/Jazz Combo Concert at 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 24 in Buchanan Hall inside the Music Building.
The event will include music by the Count Basie Band as well as the Stan Kenton Orchestra. The jazz combo will feature mainly original new compositions by members Kevin Reddoch, guitar, from Roswell, Jesse Mathews, piano, from Carlsbad, and Delbert Anderson, trumpet, from Kirtland.
Admission is free and open to the public.
