If you are interested in painting, drawing, and sculpture, you should major in art with an emphasis in visual arts. An art major's time frame for degree completion varies with the individual student, but generally, this degree can be obtained in four or five years.

The object of this program is to expose you to a variety of disciplines within the department to expand your visual ideas. This program also addresses various aspects of the art profession outside the studio such as:
