As an out-of-state student, you can now pursue a degree at Eastern New Mexico University at a significantly reduced cost! Our Out-of-State Tuition Throwback takes our non-resident (out-of-state) tuition and fees back to 1996-97 costs.

ENMU has joined a movement with many other public institutions to make college more affordable for out-of-state students. Our Board of Regents approved lowering the current rate from 258% of in-state tuition to only 150%. Our lowest rate since last century (talk about a throwback!) will begin in the fall 2018 semester.

After the Out-of-State Tuition Throwback kicks in, we'll have one of the lowest cost differentials (the difference between in-state and out-of-state tuition) in New Mexico.

The 150% rate will also apply to international students!
