Gift of Life
Zala Smith an organ recipient will talk about the virtue of her donor providing a portion of her liver, a wonderful gift that allowed Zala to have a liver transplant from Cindy Johnson, whom she did not know, and live to tell their story. Recipient and Donor will be present. This event is a luncheon; RSVP Deadline is on February 25.

ENMU Royalty
ENMU queens will present their accomplishments and life as a queen at ENMU. Miss Native ENMU from the Navajo Tribe, Angel Curley from Gallup, NM and Reina Hispana, Serena Orrantia from Tatum, NM will describe their duties and how their titles have affected them.

Dreams and Women, "A Fruitful Relationship"
Laia Obregon- Dans will be giving a Dreams Workshop that talk about the subject of dreams from the perspective of women throughout history and putting the accent in the relationship.
Laia is a puppeteer who taught "The Symbolic Language of Dreams" on many settings such as The University of Barcelona , Mental Health Institutes, and prisons. She has also studied and experienced Junguian Analysis which is a method of psychotherapy.

Nationwide event where 250 universities join together to set a goal to donate blood to United Blood Services commemorating this leader in the Hispanic world.

Graduates Honoring Banquet
This event is to honor the achievements of students graduating in the Spring 2013 by receiving a sash from the country of origin, Kente or tribal sash. This year's theme is "Fabulous 50's". President Gamble will sash students. A dinner will be provided follow by entertainment "Mariachi Tradicional" FOR FREE for graduates and Hispanic students who are full time at ENMU. Any other guests will be $15.00. Deadline for RSVP is by April 25.
If you are a graduating student please RSVP by e-mail and provide the following information:
- Full First and Last name
- Country of origin (example: I am Hispanic and my origins come from Mexico, Puerto Rico, Spain, or any of the 22 Spanish speaking countries, I receive the sash from that country)
- Graduate in May. Register for Commencement with Registrar's.
- Degree
- Full names of two guests that you would like to bring to the event.
- A yes or no response if you would like to say "How ENMU has impacted your life"
- E-mail and Phone number for contact information
