Department of Family and Consumer Sciences and Agriculture

Want to be a chef? Vet? Ag teacher? Early childhood education educator? Family and Consumer Sciences and Agriculture offers a wide variety of undergraduate programs for you to chose from. ENMU maintains state of the art labs in culinary arts, agriculture and dairy sciences. There are also opportunities for students interested in early childhood education to work at the Child Development Center or agriculture students to participate in FFA events and related activities. The University sponsors a rodeo team as well. ENMU's teacher education preparation programs are nationally and state accredited.
