Many students in the field of aviation science are already working in or are seeking aviation-related positions and wish to pursue a bachelor's degree as a means to move into a higher level position within their company. If you wish to study aviation as part of a liberal arts program and you intend to pursue or further your career in the aviation industry, ENMU's Bachelor of Science in Aviation Science is designed for you. This program will provide the academic background necessary for you to find employment in a number of professional aviation-related careers. Scholarship and Financial Assistance
ENMU is a 4-year public institution committed to helping you finance your education. More than 80% of Eastern students have some sort of financial assistance. The Federal Pell Grant Program provides need-based grants to low-income undergraduate and certain post baccalaureate students to promote access to postsecondary education. Eastern also participates in the New Mexico Lottery Success Scholarship program which pays tuition for up to eight semesters to graduates of New Mexico high schools who meet the state-mandated requirements of taking a full course load and maintaining a college GPA of 2.5.
More information about financial assistance is available through our Office of Financial Aid. Federal need-based loans are available to U.S. citizens. To receive any form of federal financial assistance, students need to fill out an online Federal Application for Financial Aid (FAFSA). There is no application fee.
