Minors

The Department of Languages and Literature offers minors in creative writing, English, Spanish, and endorsement areas in English with secondary licensure and Spanish with elementary/special education and secondary education licensure. Courses required for each minor are listed below.

Creative Writing (18 hours)

The creative writing minor prepares you for opportunities in many writing genres, including screen writing, creative non-fiction and magazine and feature writing. Students will hone their skills in bringing their creative writing and poetry into publishable form.
