Job Summary: The position will be part of the Forests’ Engineering and Lands Staff performing a variety of engineering functions with emphasis on project design and contract administration for transportation - roads, trails, bridges, and drainage structures and to a lesser extent facilities- buildings, water, wastewater, and dams.

Qualifications:

Duties: Prepares designs, drawings, cost estimates, and specifications for road and bridge maintenance, repairs, and improvements. Conducts preliminary engineering surveys. Performs as COR or Inspector on road, bridge and facilities projects. Performs as ER or inspector on Timber sale projects. Helps manage INFRA data. Maintains project files, as-built drawings, and road management records. Conducts road and bridge inspections.
