Job Summary: WNCN-TV/ NBC 17 in Raleigh, NC is seeking a part-time show editor for our weekend newscasts. The ideal candidate will be held to the highest journalistic standards and be able to demonstrate the ability to flourish under pressure. Must be self-motivated, possess a positive attitude, and be able to work flexible hours on short notice including overnights and holidays. Non-linear editing and computer skills highly desired. 2-3 years experience editing in a medium market newsroom with a Bachelor’s Degree preferred. We are in need of two part-time video editors to cover our weekend morning and weekend evening newscasts.
