Job Summary: ENMR•Plateau is accepting applications for a Part-Time Area Customer Care Representative in our Farwell, TX business office. Duties include accepting payments, processing service orders requests from customers, coordinating installation with all departments, recommending and selling new or additional products and services, obtaining and verifying credit information, receiving and investigating customer billing inquiries and complaints via phone, in writing, or face to face. Also responsible for retail sales of cellular and telephone equipment and accessories, maintaining inventory, collections of delinquent bills, and handling day-to-day office activities. Minimum requirements to apply include: previous customer service experience, accurate cash-handling experience, excellent oral and written communication skills, at least 1 to 2 years of clerical or office experience, and intermediate to advanced computer literacy. Fluency in Spanish is desired. Must work well with or without supervision, and work well with others. Must be willing to travel occasionally within ENMR’s geographic serving area.

Qualifications: This position will average approximately 25 hours per week. The schedule of hours will be flexible, and may vary from week to week. This position is eligible for excellent pay and a variety of benefits, including company-paid pension plan, 401k, and tuition reimbursement.
