Job Summary: Texas Panhandle Mental Health Mental Retardation is currently accepting applications for the position of Program Administrator II Leader.

Qualifications: Must have an LPC or LCSW in good standing with the state of Texas.

Ability to prioritize daily job responsibilities, communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, basic computerskills. Meets productivity standards as set forth by unit supervisor and center management. Prefer mental health treatment experience in a community center outpatient program. prefer bilingual; experience being a team leader in therapeutic setting.

Duties: Serves as ACT Team leader. Supervises staff members of the team; monitors individual services, assigns case load and makes sure services are delivered according to treatment plan and RDM guidelines. Works with the team to reach their goals for outstanding client care. Provides direct client care as part of the team at least 30% of the time; must be flexible and have the judgment and mental health knowledge to serve people with severe mental illness; must have a holistic approach to treatment. 80% of services delivered will bein the community.

Shift available: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm; flexible
