Qualifications: At the present time, we have entry-level opportunities for college graduates. We will train entrepreneurial minded, ambitious, recent college graduates to work in our Boca Raton, FL office. Negotiating, diplomacy, and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, are required. Reliable transportation is a must. This is an opportunity for graduates to train from the ground up and learn about commercial real estate in a hands-on environment, and we are offering salary plus bonus. Just a few of the many things you can learn about are:
-Property maintenance, performing site inspections and evaluating the need for repairs.
-Reviewing bids and contracts
-Developing business by building rapport and reaching out to potential tenants
-Understanding prospective tenants' requirements, matching requirements to available units/spaces, showing properties, demonstrating benefits of tendancy, etc.
