Job Summary: KSAT 12 TV is searching for a qualified applicant to fill the position of a Benefits and Payroll Coordinator.

Qualifications: Experience:
Minimum of 5 years Human Resource generalist experience with general accounting experience.
Familiarity with PeopleSoft HR and Payroll Software is a plus.
Requirements:
Outstanding communication skills - verbal and written
Highly organized with a close attention to detail and accuracy
Able to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
Ability to prioritize large workload and handle a variety of projects and issues simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills

Duties: Human Resource: Job postings, new hire orientation, relocation, terminations, EEO and FCC compliance, records retention, performance appraisal processes. Coordinate employee activities. Maintain all online and hard compy personnel records including salary and performance reviews.
Benefits Administration: Administration of all ocmpany benefits such as medical, dental, 401k plan, pension, life, disability, vacation, Cobra, FMLA, Workers Comp. EAP, etc.
Payroll: Station payrol processes for Exempt, Non Exempt and Commission employees, analysis and tracking, performance and pay review program and assistance with personnel budgets. Maintain PeopleSoft HR and Payroll system.
