Location: Clovis, NM
Job Summary: Assist in the operation activities of a large FLCA/PCA office. Perform general accounting and secretarial duties, including preparation, compilation and maintenance of loan files and records, ACH transactions, accounting and bookkeeping, data processing, filing and retention of records, word processing, and internal controls. Assists in establishing a positive image and develops rapport with member customers and the general public. Provides clerical, computer, and data entry support for association appraiser. May assist on special projects as requested.
Qualifications: College level courses in business-related subjects are preferred. Experience of 2 years in diversified secretarial duties, or an equivalent amount of training. Word processing and computer experience and or training are required.
Duties: Knowledge of standard business practices; communication skills; spelling and punctuation; basic arithmetic; knowledge of standardized filing systems. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Access. The ability to follow specific instructions and adhere to prescribed routines; create and sustain a positive working relationship with co-workers, the general public, and member customers. I
