Job Summary: Tierra Encantada Charter School at Alvord is: A Dual language/Expeditionary Learning/ College Preparatory Charter School. We are located in beautiful Downtown Santa Fe, New Mexico. We currently serve grades 7, 9, 10, 11, and 12. We are looking to hire classroom teachers for the 2012-2013 school year. We have one opening left for a secondary Spanish Teacher.This position is to be taught under the Expeditionary Learning / Dual Language program models. $5000 stipend for bilingual endorsed teachers.
Qualifications: We are looking for highly self-motivated teachers that are flexible with good classroom management skills. Moreover, all positions require excellent interpersonal skills and trust. All applicants must possess the required NM licensure with appropriate endorsements prior to the beginning of the 2012-2013 school year. Student Teachers may also apply. Bilingual Endorsement or TESOL endorsement is a must.
