Job Summary: Pasco School District has an opening for Secondary Science Teachers for the 2013-2014 school year. Salary will be based on the 2013-2014 Teaher Salary Schedule.
Qualifications: Required Qualifications
Valid Washinton State Teaching Certificate with applicable endorsement
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree
Ability/willingness to teach all levels of science
Willingness to work as a team in a collaborative environment including interdisciplinary and content teams
Ability to meet Federal Highly Qualified requirements
Desired Qualifications
Bilingual/Biliterate in English/Spanish
Certified/endorsed in two or more disciplines
Previous successful classroom teacing experience at the secondary level
Knowledge/literacy of computers
Knowledge and experience with Professional Learning Communities
Knowledge and experience teaching in a flexible Block Schedule
