Job Summary: Northrop Grumman is searching for a qualified applicant to fill the position of an Instructional Designer On Call
Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
Demonstrated experience developing interactive online and multimedia training and performance support systems
Experience in research and evaluation in instructional technologies and distance education
Excellent writing and communication skills are essential.
Duties: Developing a range of instructional materials, such as self-paced guides, case studies, job aids, videos, and evaluations; scenario-based concepts for games (interactive assessment exercises); and concepts for mobile learning using smart phones and tablets
Designing and developing training materials and curricula to support program implementation across targeted audiences
Researching, analyzing, and evaluating materials for development into instructional modules
Working with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify specific training needs and develop solutions
Experience using Dreamweaver, HTML, and Flash
