Job Summary: Plains Regional Medical Center has an opening for a Case Management Director.

Qualifications:

Duties: Responsible for facilitating and coordinating the systematic PRMC-wide performance improvement and case management functions as follows
coordinating activities related to ensuring and promoting the highest quality of patient care; the appropriate and efficient utilization of hospital resources including all activities related to case management and discharge planning; and for utilization review activities both internally and externally as they relate to outside review entities.
