Job Summary: ENMUR is looking for a qualified applicant to fill the position of an Executive Director.
Qualifications: Master's degree required. Minimum of five years relevant experience in higher education with knowledge an dexperience in assessment/testing, evaluation methodology and institutional effectiveness activities required. Knowledge of organization and fuctions in education related to Federal and state governments required. Extensive knowledge and experience in strategic planning, program evaluation and outcomes required. Experience and facility with student data collection systems, data extraction, and statistical manipulation tools required. Proficiencey with computer applications and relational databases required such as Bannaer, Oracle, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Hyperion and PowerPoint. Excellent oral and written communicaion and interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to service required. Ability to effectively interact with various internal and external costituencies. Ability to listen, create consensus and assume responsibility. Demonstrated ability to carry comprehensive and large-scale projects through from conception to completion.
Duties: The Institutional Researcher is responsible for administering a comprehensive, comapus-wide, institutional research, analysis and effectiveness prgram; for developing, inplementing and maintaining systems to collect data; producing statistics, analyses, reports and reviews relative to internal and external reports and surveys including the strategic plan document and process.In addition, to these duies, the first year of employment will also include responsibilites directly related to data requirements associated with the Title V grant. Plan, organize, direct, control and supervise operations of Department of Instituional Research. Manage budget for office. Serve on various, appropriate University committees. Perform other duties as may be asigned. This position reports to the President and is a member of the Administrative Team.
