Job Summary:
Qualifications: Bachelors’ or Masters’ Degree in Agricultural Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required. NM State Appraisal License or General Certificate is desired but not required. Experience with AgWare is a plus. Candidates must have excellent computer and communication skills.
Duties: Appraiser will work primarily in Dona Ana, Luna, Sierra, Hildago, and Otero Counties, New Mexico. Secondary responsibility will include northwest NM counties along the Western New Mexico/Eastern Arizona lines. The territory is comprised of diverse agricultural lands and operations including irrigated row crops, pecan orchards, ranches, dairy, and specialized facilities.
