Job Summary:

Qualifications: Education including the equivalent of a high school diploma. College level courses in business-related subjects are preferred. Experience of 2 years in diversified secretarial duties, or an equivalent amount of training. Word processing and computer experience and/or training are required. Knowledge of standard business practices; communication skills; spelling and punctuation; basic arithmetic; knowledge of standardized filing systems. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Access. The ability to follow specific instructions and adhere to prescribed routines; create and sustain a positive working relationship with co-workers, participation partners and others.

Duties: Assist in the loan accounting and teller operation activities of the Agribusiness Branch which manages the purchase participation portfolio for the Association. Perform general accounting and secretarial duties, database loan accounting, teller entry, compilation and maintenance of electronic loan files and records, ACH transactions, accounting and bookkeeping, data processing, filing and retention of records, word processing and internal controls. Creates and develops branch portfolio reports from database for branch, partners and the Association. Assists in establishing a positive image and develops rapport with participation partners and other financial institutions. Provides clerical, computer, and data entry support for the branch. May assist on special projects as requested.
