Job Summary: KRQE-TV a CBS Affiliate in Albuquerque, NM is searching for a dynamic multimedia writer/producer for our news department. This position is responsible for producing and managing a high volume of video and text content for KRQE online platforms. The ideal candidate must be a quick thinker, take on direction & have a willingness to learn and be able to easily adapt to change while working in a fast paced news environment.
Qualifications: College degree in English, Journalism or equivalent. Computer and Internet literacy.
Excellent writing, editing and grammar skills. A strong knowledge of content management systems (CMS), WordPress or blogging, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS, social media systems, Microsoft Office and video editing experience preferred.
